How it works

SoundTag works every step of the way to rush priority shipments to their recipients -- and to keep all parties informed:

Shipping

• Put the tag in the package
• Scan tracking # and read PrioriTag using Motorola reader

Tracking

A data trail begins on SoundTag's web portal once the package is picked up. The portal enables the sender, recipient and administrator to follow each shipment's progress, each step of the way.

Receiving

Upon receipt, the SoundTag system springs into action:

• The recipient receives an email alert that the shipment has arrived
• The handheld receives notification of each shipment arrival
• The handheld user highlights the shipment description on its screen and pulls the trigger
• The PrioriTag in that specific shipment emits a loud, audible signal
• The signal directs the user to the shipment in seconds

SoundTag is green

SoundTags are picked up by us and recycled in the system. A Return Station is provided for collecting tags at each location.
